New Students, TK-12

If you are new to King-Chavez, you will need to create a PowerSchool account.
 
Step One: Click on the "2025-2026 Intent to Enroll" 
Step Two: Create an account for Powerschool, our on-line enrollment portal 
Step Three: Complete the Application
 
For the 2025-2026 school year, King Chavez is thrilled to offer three schools:
 
King-Chavez Community Academy (TK-8): All grades on the Blue School campus (formerly Primary, Arts & Athletics, and Preparatory Academies)
King-Chavez Academy of Excellence (TK-8): Campus remodel will debut in 2025-26
King-Chavez Community High School (9-12): Beginning 2025-26, this campus will be located at 500 30th St.

2025-2026 Intent to Enroll Application

Open now through March 1, 2025
 
To be eligible for TK in 2025-2026, students must turn 4 years of age by September 1, 2025.
To be eligible for kindergarten in 2025-2026, students must turn 5 on or before September 1, 2025.
 
Having trouble registering?
If you are having trouble registering your student(s) online, email us at [email protected] and a member of our team will contact you. Parents may also receive in-person support by completing the online application at one of our school sites.
 
 
Returning Students
 
If you already have a Powerschool enrollment account with King-Chavez, you can register your returning student, plus any siblings. 
  1. Look for the Snap Code that was sent to your email. If you did not receive this code, please reach out to your school site’s front office.
  2. Log in to your PowerSchool parent account using the links(buttons) below. Enter your Snap Code to access the Returning Student Application.
  3. Complete the application to secure your child’s seat for the 2025-2026 year! Make sure your contact information and address is correct.
