Public input- on specific agenda items and those items not on the agenda – Any person of the

public desiring to speak shall be allowed to speak during public comment time and has the option of speaking once on any agenda item when it is being discussed. Speaking time shall generally be limited to three minutes, unless a longer period is permitted by the Board President. Agenda speakers will be limited to five minutes.

    5.a – Information / Action – Schedule of Regular Board Meetings for the 2022-23 school year.

5.b – Information / Action – Safe Return to In-Person Instruction and Continuity of Services update, Review of the COVID Handbook

5.c – Information / Action – Review and approve the Universal TK plan for the 2022-2023 school year.

5.f  – Action – Approval of the revised Suspension and Expulsion Policy 

6 – Information / Action  – CFO update verbal report including financials, budget to actuals, budgets and forecast.  Presented by Laura May. 

6.a. – Approve – Local Control Accountability Plans (LCAP) Components for the    2022-2023 school year for All Schools including: 

              a- Local Indicators,  b  – Budget Overview for Parents, c  – LCAP with Expenditure  and Action Tables, d- Federal Addendum

06.B. – Approve Consolidated application for Federal funding for all King-Chavez charter schools 

06.C – Approve Educational Protection Accounts (EPA) for all King-Chavez Charter Schools

06.D – Approve Consolidated Budget for the 2022-23 School Year including individual Charter School Budgets 

06.E – Approve updated Fiscal Policies for KCNS
